Pricing
When it comes to pricing your home we don't just look at the comparable sales (though important). We also look at your individual needs or your situation.

Marketing
We get the word out, your house is for sale: using a combo of old-school (but powerful) marketing techniques(direct mail, signage & open houses) and the modern methods(social media) we know and love.

Negotiating
Negotiation is the job of your agent, who's experienced in real estate deal-making. That being said, you should still strategize with your agent before they make that counteroffer for you.

WE KNOW REAL ESTATE
Price Your Home
Buyers think of value, but they’re more concerned with price. And your home’s price is one of its most attractive — or unattractive — features. The right price can attract buyers, quickly. The wrong price may mean the house sits on the market, which can create the vibe among buyers that there’s something wrong with it.
Market Your Home
The best-marketed homes have beautiful photos and compelling property descriptions, so they can get likes — which can amount to buyer interest — on social media. We will also use videos, virtual tours, texts, and audio messages.
Negotiate With the Buyer
Yes, you might get offers plural, depending on the market. To get the best deal for you, you’ll likely have to do some negotiating. We will help you craft a strategic counteroffer to the buyer’s offer, factoring in not only money but contingencies, etc.
Close the Sale
Closing is the last step in the home selling process. This is where you sign the final paperwork, make this whole thing official, and collect your check. Before that can happen though, you’ll have to prepare your home for the buyer’s final walk-through and troubleshoot any last-minute issues. We’ve got you covered.
